清晨，我背起行囊，从 Freiburg 出发，踏上前往卢森堡的旅程。旅途中，我计划途经 Heidelberg，一座充满历史韵味的大学城，同时还要顺道见一见 Felipe 的兄弟——Joel。
Early in the morning, I packed my backpack and set off from Freiburg, embarking on a journey to Luxembourg. On the way, I planned to stop by Heidelberg, a historic university town, and also meet Felipe’s brother, Joel.
初见海德堡 First time in Heidelberg
抵达 Heidelberg 时，时间尚早。Joel 在市中心有个工作室，我直接先把行李放在那里，卸下沉重的负担后，我们相约去附近的一家小餐馆共进午餐。Joel 是个热情的人，我们聊了许多关于旅行、艺术，还有他在这里的生活。他推荐了当地的特色菜，我点了一道德式香肠配酸菜，配上一杯黑啤，简单却美味。
When I arrived in Heidelberg, it was still early. Joel had a studio in the city center, so I dropped off my luggage there, relieved of the burden. We then headed to a nearby restaurant for lunch. Joel was a warm and welcoming person, and we talked a lot about travel, art, and his life in the city. He recommended some local specialties, so I ordered a German sausage with sauerkraut, paired with a glass of dark beer—simple yet delicious.

午餐后，我决定先从一条小路步行前往 Mitte（市中心）。这条路穿过老城区的小巷，铺着鹅卵石，两旁是古老的建筑和街头艺术。一路向上，山顶视野逐渐开阔，站在高处俯瞰，整个海德堡城镇和那条静静流淌的内卡河尽收眼底。远处的红色屋顶错落有致，仿佛是一幅色彩柔和的油画。
After lunch, I decided to take a small path towards Mitte (the city center). The route passed through old town alleys, paved with cobblestones and lined with historic buildings and street art. As I climbed higher, the view opened up, revealing a stunning panorama of Heidelberg and the gently flowing Neckar River. The red rooftops in the distance were scattered harmoniously, like a softly painted masterpiece.
沿着山路向下，我穿过老桥，走向对面的 海德堡城堡（Heidelberg Castle）。城堡本身已是部分残垣断壁，但正是这种斑驳的美感，让人感受到它的历史厚重。站在城堡的平台上，夕阳的余晖洒落在整座城市上，光线透过云层洒在河面上，金色的光点随着河流起伏，美不胜收。
Descending the hill, I crossed the old bridge and made my way toward Heidelberg Castle. The castle was partially in ruins, yet its weathered beauty carried the weight of history. Standing on the castle’s terrace, I watched as the golden hues of the setting sun bathed the city in warm light. The rays pierced through the clouds, casting shimmering reflections on the river—it was a breathtaking sight.

傍晚，我走回市区，找到了一家街角的小咖啡店，坐在露天座位上点了一杯热气腾腾的卡布奇诺。咖啡香气弥漫在空气中，周围是三三两两的行人和悠闲的本地人，远处教堂的钟声轻轻敲响。这个宁静的时刻，让我暂时忘记了时间的流逝，只沉浸在旅行的惬意之中。
In the evening, I walked back to the city and found a small café on the corner. Sitting at an outdoor table, I ordered a steaming cup of cappuccino. The aroma of coffee filled the air as passersby and locals enjoyed their unhurried moments. In the distance, the church bells chimed softly. At that moment, I lost track of time, fully immersing myself in the serenity of travel.
赶火车的惊险时刻 The thrilling rush to catch the train
夜幕降临，我收拾好行囊，准备乘坐晚上的火车前往卢森堡。然而，意想不到的事情发生了——火车晚点！我焦急地站在站台上，看着时间一分一秒地过去，生怕赶不上与朋友的约定。如果再晚一点，我可能要在车站度过这一夜。最终，火车姗姗来迟，我匆忙登上车，心跳还没平复，车窗外的夜色已开始变换。
As night fell, I packed my bags and prepared to take the night train to Luxembourg. However, the unexpected happened—the train was delayed! I stood anxiously on the platform, watching the minutes tick by, worried that I might miss my meeting with my friend. If the delay lasted any longer, I might have had to spend the night at the station. Finally, the train arrived late, and I hurried aboard, my heartbeat still racing as the nighttime scenery outside the window slowly changed.
