大连 Dalian
大连，这个美丽的海滨城市，是我此次背包旅行的第一站。作为一个摄影爱好者，我在大连的每一天都充满了兴奋和期待。早晨，我在市中心的一家青旅醒来，迫不及待地准备开始我的摄影之旅。大连的城市风光和自然景观为摄影提供了无数的题材。
Dalian, this beautiful coastal city, was the first stop of my backpacking trip. As a photography enthusiast, every day in Dalian was filled with excitement and anticipation. In the morning, I woke up at a youth hostel in the city center, eager to start my photography journey. The urban and natural landscapes of Dalian provided countless subjects for photography.
在大连的第一天，我先去了星海广场，这是亚洲最大的城市广场。这里的宽阔视野和现代建筑为摄影提供了绝佳的背景。广场中央的音乐喷泉在阳光下闪闪发光，吸引了众多游客驻足观赏。我架好相机，捕捉到了喷泉水柱在空中绽放的瞬间。在星海广场附近，还有星海公园，公园内的海滨浴场和摩天轮也是绝佳的拍摄地点。尤其是在黄昏时分，摩天轮在落日的余晖中显得格外浪漫。
On my first day in Dalian, I visited Xinghai Square, the largest city square in Asia. The expansive views and modern architecture provided an excellent backdrop for photography. The music fountain in the center of the square sparkled in the sunlight, attracting many tourists to stop and watch. I set up my camera and captured the moment when the fountain’s water jets blossomed in the air. Near Xinghai Square, there is also Xinghai Park, with its beachfront and Ferris wheel offering fantastic shooting locations. Especially at dusk, the Ferris wheel looks exceptionally romantic against the setting sun.
下午，我的朋友彭飞约我一起去滨海路，这是大连最著名的海滨风景道之一。滨海路沿线有许多观景台，可以俯瞰整个大海。我们走走停停，彭飞向我介绍着沿途的风景和历史。当我们到达北大桥时，天空已经开始染上夕阳的色彩。我们找到一个绝佳的位置，架好三脚架，等待日落的最佳时机。
In the afternoon, my friend Pengfei invited me to Binhai Road, one of Dalian’s most famous coastal scenic routes. Along Binhai Road, there are many viewing platforms where you can overlook the entire sea. We strolled along, with Pengfei introducing the scenery and history along the way. When we reached Beida Bridge, the sky had already begun to take on the colors of the sunset. We found a perfect spot, set up our tripods, and waited for the best moment to capture the sunset.
夕阳缓缓下沉，海面被染成金黄色，海鸥在空中自由飞翔。此情此景让我忍不住按下快门，捕捉下这一刻的美丽。彭飞则拿出他的手机，记录下我们共同的旅行时光。夜幕降临，我们离开了滨海路，彭飞带我去了一家他常去的饺子店。这家店虽然不起眼，但饺子的味道却十分地道。我们点了几盘不同馅料的饺子，畅聊人生。
As the sun slowly sank, the sea turned golden, and seagulls flew freely in the sky. This scene compelled me to press the shutter, capturing the beauty of the moment. Pengfei, meanwhile, took out his phone to record our shared travel moments. As night fell, we left Binhai Road, and Pengfei took me to a dumpling restaurant he frequented. Though unassuming, the dumplings there were incredibly authentic. We ordered several plates with different fillings, ate while chatting, and reminisced about different stories about our lives.
沈阳 Shenyang
离开大连后，我乘坐高铁来到了沈阳。这座城市既有着深厚的历史底蕴，又充满了现代都市的活力。沈阳的朋友大满是我在上一次西藏环线旅行中认识的，我们相约再见，他热情地邀请我去沈阳旅行。
After leaving Dalian, I took the high-speed train to Shenyang. This city has a deep historical heritage and the vibrancy of a modern metropolis. My friend Da-man, whom I met on my last trip around Tibet, invited me to visit there.
我去了沈阳故宫。作为中国仅存的两座完整的皇宫建筑群之一，沈阳故宫具有极高的历史和文化价值。走在故宫的青砖小路上，我仿佛穿越回了几百年前的清朝，感受到了历史的厚重。故宫内的建筑风格独特，每一个细节都值得细细品味。大满给我讲解了很多关于故宫的历史故事，使我对这座古老的建筑群有了更深的理解。
I went to the Shenyang Imperial Palace. As one of the only two complete imperial palace complexes remaining in China, the Shenyang Imperial Palace has immense historical and cultural value. Walking on the ancient brick paths, I felt as though I had traveled back to the Qing Dynasty centuries ago, experiencing the weight of history. The unique architectural style of the palace, with every detail worth savoring, deeply impressed me. Daman explained many historical stories about the palace, giving me a deeper understanding of this ancient architectural complex.
隔天大满（上一趟在西藏一起环线认识的朋友）带我去了沈阳著名的烧烤街。这里的烧烤摊一个接一个，香味四溢。我们找了一家人气很旺的摊位坐下，点了几串羊肉、牛肉和蔬菜。大满告诉我，东北烧烤的精髓在于独特的调料和烤制方法，每一串烧烤都能吃出满满的烟火气息。我们一边吃一边聊起了在西藏环线的经历，不禁感叹时间过得真快。
The next day, Da-man took me to Shenyang’s famous barbecue street. The barbecue stalls lined up one after another, with their enticing aromas wafting through the air. We sat down at a popular stall and ordered lamb, beef, and vegetable skewers. Daman told me that the essence of Northeast barbecue lies in its unique seasonings and grilling methods, with every skewer tasting richly of the essence of life. As we ate, we talked about our experiences on the Tibetan loop, marveling at how quickly time flies.
在沈阳的青旅，我结识了一个特别的朋友，小冯。他因为生病休学，目前在大学读哲学专业。我们在公共休息区偶然聊起，我们对哲学和人生有着一些类似的见解和兴趣。小冯的智慧和见解让我深受启发，我们经常聊到深夜，讨论着人生的意义和哲学的本质。这样的交流让我感到非常充实，也增添了旅行的深度和意义。
At the youth hostel in Shenyang, I met a special friend, Xiao Feng. He was on a break from university due to illness and was currently studying philosophy. We struck up a conversation in the common area and found that we shared similar views and interests in philosophy and life. Xiao Feng’s wisdom and insights greatly inspired me, and we often talked late into the night, discussing the meaning of life and the nature of philosophy. These exchanges made me feel very fulfilled and added depth and meaning to my travels.
长白山 Changbai Mountain
在沈阳的最后一天，我决定独自前往长白山，体验一次一日游。早晨，我早早起床，坐上了前往长白山的火车。长白山以其壮丽的自然景观和神秘的天池而闻名，是每个自然爱好者的梦想之地。
On my last day in Shenyang, I decided to visit Changbai Mountain alone for a day trip. Early in the morning, I got up and took a train to Changbai Mountain. Known for its magnificent natural scenery and mysterious Tianchi Lake, Changbai Mountain is a dream destination for every nature lover.
火车在崎岖的山路上行驶，窗外的风景逐渐变得雄伟壮丽。到了长白山，我感受到了大自然的壮阔和力量。首先，我前往了瀑布区，那里有著名的长白山瀑布。瀑布飞流直下，水花四溅，气势磅礴。我站在瀑布前，感受着水汽扑面而来，忍不住按下快门，记录下这一壮丽景象。
As the train traveled along the rugged mountain roads, the scenery outside the window gradually became more majestic. When I arrived at Changbai Mountain, I felt the grandeur and power of nature. First, I went to the waterfall area, where the famous Changbai Mountain waterfall is located. The waterfall cascaded down with great force, sending water droplets everywhere. Standing in front of the waterfall, feeling the mist on my face, I couldn’t help but press the shutter, capturing this magnificent sight.
接着，我乘坐景区的巴士前往天池。天池位于火山口，是一个高山湖泊。由于海拔较高，天池的天气变化无常，能否看到天池完全靠运气。到达天池边缘时，浓雾笼罩着整个湖面，我心中不禁有些失望。但就在我准备离开的时候，奇迹发生了，浓雾突然散去，天池的全貌展现在眼前。碧蓝的湖水如同一面镜子，周围环绕着高耸的山峰，美得令人窒息。我激动地拍下了这一难得的景象，感叹自己的好运气。据说当地人说江泽民连续去了三次都无缘亲眼见到天池真面目，在山脚下时晴空万里，一上山到天池就起雾，也就当茶余饭后的闲谈吧。
Next, I took the scenic bus to Tianchi Lake. Tianchi is a high mountain lake located in a volcanic crater. Due to its high altitude, the weather at Tianchi is highly unpredictable, and seeing the lake depends entirely on luck. When I reached the edge of Tianchi, the entire lake was shrouded in thick fog, and I couldn’t help but feel a bit disappointed. But just as I was about to leave, a miracle happened—the fog suddenly lifted, and the full view of Tianchi appeared before my eyes. The azure lake, like a mirror, surrounded by towering peaks, was breathtakingly beautiful. Excited, I took photos of this rare sight, marveling at my good fortune. It is said that local people often recount how Jiang Zemin (The third-generation leader of the Communist Party.) himself went to Tianchi three times without being able to see its true appearance. They say that while the weather was clear at the foot of the mountain, fog would always set in once he reached Tianchi.
这次背包旅行让我收获了无数美好的回忆和珍贵的朋友。每一个城市都有它独特的魅力，每一段经历都值得细细回味。无论是大连的海滨风光，沈阳的历史文化，还是长白山的自然奇观，都让我深深感受到旅行的美好和人生的丰富多彩。
This backpacking trip brought me countless beautiful memories and precious friends. Every city had its unique charm, and every experience was worth savoring. Whether it was the coastal scenery of Dalian, the historical culture of Shenyang, or the natural wonders of Changbai Mountain, I deeply felt the beauty of travel and the richness of life.
